Valerie Love – Yoga

I first began practicing yoga a decade ago, after a friend suggested it might help my chronically tight back and shoulders. She was right. Since that first class in 2005, I discovered innumerable benefits - physical, mental, and spiritual - from a dedicated yoga practice.

In 2011, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha Yoga at Samadhi Yoga Studio in Manchester, Connecticut, USA. My style of teaching combines elements of Kripalu, yin, and gentle yoga to offer a blend of asana (postures) and pranyama (breathwork) designed to shift energy in the body. My classes are known for their gentle approach and emphasis on relaxation.
